Q: How long will shipping take?
A: Once we have received your order please allow 3 - 5 business days to process your prints. Once your order is ready you will receive shipment confirmation via e-mail. Our orders ship from our studio in beautiful Vancouver, Canada.
- Shipping within Canada will take 3 -5 business days. All Canadian orders come with shipment tracking
- Shipping to USA will take 5 - 10 business days.
- Shipping Internationally will depend on your specific country.
Materials & Printing
Q: How are your images printed?
A: Prints are done in small batches in our private studio on a Canon Pro-1000 Professional Printer. Each print is handled with care, hand cut and checked for any inconsistencies. By printing these photographs ourselves we have eliminated the extra costs of using any third party printing companies and can ensure each individual print is up to our highest standards.
Q: What finish are the prints?
A: Our images are printed on Canon Pro- Luster paper. This finish falls somewhere between glossy and matte. We find it gives the images the most life and colour accuracy without being reflective when hanging on a wall. For a long lasting print, hang out away from direct sunlight and keep away from humidity i.e. your bathroom.
Q: What packaging are the prints shipped in?
A: Your print will arrive packaged in a clear, biodegradable sleeve and is shipped in a large print envelope.

Return Policy
Q: I would like a print of a specific image of Leigh’s but it isn’t available for sale on your website. Can we make this happen?
A: Yes! We accept custom orders. If there is a photo of Leigh’s that you have seen on our website or Instagram that you would like to have for your home, please contact hello@leighdicksonart.com and we can discuss further.
All products must be returned within 30 days for full refund. Shipping & Handling for all returned items are to be covered by the customer. LDACO is not responsible for lost of stolen goods. Please contact : hello@leighdicksonart.com for questions and concerns.
